Our Background

Named as a Tribute to Naval History

During War World II, ECHO’s location was used as officers’ quarters, classrooms, and towers to amplify signals through new radar technology, a critical advantage for the allies and a top priority for the base’s mission. At the time, the former King and Prince bar served as an after-hours gathering spot for soldiers, their wives, and members of the local Civil Air Patrol.
